“the personal information in which the business entity owns the authority that the business entity can respond to all of the requests for the disclosure, correction of content, addition or deletion, stopping use, erasing, and stopping provision to the third party which are requested by the person, which is the personal information that is composed of a set of information systematically constituted as it can easily retrieve using a computer or a set of information systematically constituted as it can easily retrieve the specific personal information by arranging and classifying according to the established regulation and attaching contents, indices, symbols, etc.”
* We cannot respond to a request for disclosure, etc. of personal information as specified in the section titled “Purpose of use of personal information acquired through any method other than by way of a document provided directly by the person in question,” because it is not personal information subject to disclosure. - “Personal information subject to disclosure” in our possession includes:
- Personal information on our clients acquired in the course of the performance of our business operations (see Note 1 below);
- Personal information on our vendors and suppliers (see Note 1);
- Personal information on the employment management of all of our employees;
- Personal information on those who wish to join us; and
- Personal information on those who have contacted us by way of an inquiry.
